Host your next event in the Great Room, a welcoming space on the 2nd floor of the historic Old Stone House. The Great Room is ideal for kids' parties, weddings, concerts, lectures, bar mitzvahs and more.
Capacity
The Great Hall accommodates 80 standing, 60 seated.When rented in conjunction with the first floor gallery, the House can accommodate up to 110 people for buffet/cocktails.Adding a tent expands our capacity up to 175 people. Tents can be rented from one of our designated vendors.
Fees
Weekends: $200/4hrs for the Great Room between 11am & 4 pm on Sat & Sun; $75 each additional hour.There is a $400 non-refundable surcharge in addition to the $75 hourly fee for evening rentals and larger events like weddings, bat/bar mitzvahs, adult anniversary and birthday parties, etc.Cancellation Fee: $100 if less than 1 weeks notice; $50 if more than 1 weeks noticeThe signed contract, rental fee and refundable security deposit of $200 are due within two weeks of receiving the contract in the mail.Payment for the full estimated duration of the event is due two weeks prior to the event.Overtime payment is due before the renter departs the site on the day of the event.Additional fees may apply depending upon specific use of the site.
