Full House Rental
Host your next event at the Old Stone House. Access includes the Great Room, a welcoming space on the 2nd floor of the historic Old Stone House, and the first floor Museum Gallery. The space may be expanded to include the Patio with tent (provided by an approved vendor). Please note that the Great Room is not handicapped accessible.
Accommodates 110 for buffet/cocktails indoors; 150 with tent over patio.
Available Evenings only, usually between 5 pm and Midnight.
Rental Includes:
- 50 metal folding chairs
- Four 2′ x 6’ plastic folding tables
- Insulated metal beverage bucket for wine, etc., (ice not supplied)
- Refrigerator
- Microwave
- 30-cup coffee urn
- Ipod speaker (can be used with phone or laptop)
Fees:
- $1,500 House rental base fee (non-refundable)
- $400 First 4 hours
- $100 Per additional hour (max 6 hours total)
- $100 Handling fee for 3rd Party Rental Equipment
- $100 Option to add PA System (2 speakers with stands + microphone)
- $250 Refundable security deposit
The rental time includes user setup and cleanup. Please do not arrive before your rental time. See the House Rules for further details.
