Great Room Rental
Host your next event in the Great Room, a welcoming space on the 2nd floor of the historic Old Stone House. The Great Room is ideal for parties, wedding ceremonies, concerts, lectures, bar mitzvahs and more. Located in the Old Stone House, upstairs above the museum gallery. Unfortunately, this space is NOT handicapped accessible.
Accommodates 80 standing, 60 seated.
Available Saturday & Sunday, 11 am to 3 pm or 12 pm to 4 pm only.
Rental Includes:
- 50 folding chairs
- Four 2′ x 6’ plastic folding tables
- Wooden podium
- Insulated metal beverage bucket for wine, etc., (ice not supplied)
- Refrigerator
- Microwave
- 30-cup coffee urn
- Ipod speaker (can be used with phone or laptop)
- 2nd floor single bathroom if less than 50 people. If more people, the ground floor public bathrooms outside will be unlocked.
$450 for 4 hours
$100 handling fee for outside rental equipment
$100 option to add PA System (2 speakers with stands + microphone)
$250 refundable security deposit
The rental period includes user setup and cleanup. Please do not arrive before your rental time.
