Join local artist and educator Iviva Olenick for a free workshop on indigo dye.

Visit us on September 22 at 3 pm to learn about the processes that transform common looking plants into linen and brilliant blue dye.

By focusing her work on the history of textile production, Olenick’s work enhances our understanding of the impact that these plants had on the evolution of fiber arts in early America and around the world.

Did you know that we host morning yoga classes at OSH? Now is a great time to join in via Zoom! The Meeting ID is 955 795 5101.

Gather your yoga supplies and join instructor Lissy Vomacka online from 8 am – 9:30 am Monday through Friday, or from 5 pm – 6:30 pm on weekends.

Participants are encouraged to make a donation to the good cause (small business, charity, food bank, etc.) of their choice in return for free class instruction.

Yoga instructor Anna Vomacka will be offering a Thursday morning movement class tailored to children ages 3-7 and their grown ups.

Kids outside of the 3-7 age range are still welcome to check out the class, as are adults without kiddos. Additionally, if you feel your child can participate on their own, you are welcome to set them up to do the class independently- just make sure to supervise from nearby!

The suggested donation for class is $5-20 per week or free. Donations are accepted through Venmo (@annavomacka) or PayPal (annavomacka@gmail.com). Please do not let lack of funds deter you from coming to class.
