Washington Park & JJ Byrne Playground are part of the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation.  Our busy park provides many opportunities for quiet enjoyment, as well as play and exercise for you, your children and your pets, including:

• Our colonial-themed playground
• A synthetic turf field
• 5 basketball courts, including summer basketball leagues in partnership with Parkway Hoops
• 6 handball courts
• A skatepark
• A dog run tended by the Friends of Washington Park.
