
Start your jump rope journey with our friends from Punk Rope! They are hosting classes on select Saturdays from June – October next to the handball courts in the Park.
This 1-hour class taught by Punk Rope creators, Tim Haft and Shana Brady, mashes up jump rope and bodyweight training. Each class features a new playlist. All fitness levels welcome. Jump ropes are provided. Stay after class for a beverage and/or bite.
