Noon – Halloween Parade on 5th Ave from President Street to 3rd Street (CANCELLED)
1 pm – Giant Puppet Pageant + Arts & Crafts at Washington Park (MOVED TO 11 AM ON SUNDAY 10/31, AT WASHINGTON PARK)
2 pm – Halloween Costume Contest at Washington Park (CANCELLED)
